At PetMeds India, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which orders can be cancelled.

2. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers can cancel their order under the following conditions:
• Orders can be cancelled at any time BEFORE they are dispatched from our warehouse.
• Once an order has been shipped or handed over to our courier partner, cancellation is NOT allowed.
• To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order.
3. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order prior to dispatch:
1. Contact our support team immediately via Phone / WhatsApp (+91 95096 09070) or Email (support@petmedsindia.com).
2. Provide your Order ID, registered phone number, and reason for cancellation.
3. Our team will verify the order status and confirm the cancellation if the package has not yet been dispatched.
4. Cancellation After Dispatch
• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled in transit.
• If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item upon delivery, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for applicable options.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
• If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a 100% full refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours of approval and credited back within 5–7 business days.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited directly to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If any partial advance fee was paid, refunds will be credited via bank transfer or UPI ID provided by the customer.
6. Cancellation by PetMeds India
PetMeds India reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:
• The requested product is out of stock or discontinued.
• Unintentional pricing or typographical errors occurred due to technical system issues.
• Non-receipt of a valid veterinary prescription for prescription-only medications.
• Incomplete, invalid, or incorrect shipping address or contact details provided by the customer.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions or security flags.
In all such cases, the customer will be promptly notified, and a 100% full refund will be issued for any prepaid amounts.
7. Important Notes
• Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible after order placement.
• Customers are strongly advised to review item quantities, delivery addresses, and prescription uploads carefully before completing payment.
