• Processing Days: Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

11. Damaged, Leaking, or Tampered Packages
If a shipment box appears visibly damaged, crushed, leaking, or tampered with at the time of delivery:
1. Customers are advised to reject the delivery or inspect the package contents immediately in the presence of the delivery agent.
2. Capture clear photo or video proof of the damaged packaging.
3. Report the issue to our support team within 48 hours to initiate a replacement or refund under our Return and Refund Policy.
