Virbac Pronefra Oral Suspension is a nutritional renal-support supplement designed for adult dogs and cats. Its formulation combines calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate to bind dietary phosphate in the intestine, chitosan to bind uraemic toxins, and marine oligopeptides to help maintain balanced blood pressure. The liquid formulation is highly palatable and can be mixed with food or administered directly into the mouth using the included dosing syringe. It is intended as supportive nutritional care for pets requiring additional kidney and phosphate-management support.
